Appointment Reminders:
A confirmation and reminder message will be sent prior to your session to help you stay on track.
Cancellation / Late / Weather Policy:
For cancellations or rescheduling, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions may be shortened or rescheduled if you're over 10 minutes late. In case of inclement weather, we'll work with you to promptly find a suitable alternative time.
